摘要
目的:利用离子色谱技术建立碳酸锂片的含量测定方法。方法:采用ThermoIonPac CS 12A(250 mm×2 mm)阳离子交换柱和IonPac CG 12A(50 mm×2 mm)保护柱,淋洗液为24 mmol·L-1甲烷磺酸溶液,流速0.30 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,进样量10μL;CSRS(2 mm)抑制器,抑制电流22 mA,电导池温度30℃。结果:碳酸锂在0.02~0.20 mg.mL-1范围内,线性关系良好(r2=0.9999),方法重复性(RSD为0.4%)和平均回收率(100.0%,n=9)均较好,样品溶液在室温放置24 h内稳定。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确,适用于碳酸锂片的含量测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of lithium carbonate tablets by ion chromatography.Methods:Chromatographic separation was performed with Thermo IonPac CS 12A column(250 mm×2 mm) and IonPac CG 12A guard column(50 mm×2 mm) at 30℃;methanesulfonic acid(24 mmol.L-1) was used as eluent at a flow rate of 0.30 mL.min-1;the suppressed current was 22 mA supplied by CSRS(2 mm) and the detection cell temperature was set at 30℃.Results:The linear range of lithium carbonate was 0.02 ~0.20 mg.mL-1(r2=0.9999).The results of repeatability(RSD% =0.4%) and average accuracy(100.0%,n=9) were well acceptable.The sample solutions were stable for 24 hours under room temperature.Conclusion:The proposed method is simple,accurate,and can be successfully applied for content determination of lithium carbonate tablets.
