摘要
为落实卫生部有关抗菌药物临床应用专项整治文件精神,我院成立抗菌药物专家组,建立定期点评制度,提高临床抗菌药物合理用药水平。2012年共抽查点评569份病历处方,168份病历处方存在使用抗菌药物不合理情况,其中预防用抗菌药物不合理病历处方有144份,治疗用抗菌药物不合理病历处方有24份。
For the implementation of the special renovation about the file on clinical application of antibacterials by the Chinese Ministry of Health,our hospital established an expert group of antibacterials and set up a regular review system,thus improved the level of rational use of clinical antibacterials.In 2012,a total of 569 hospitalized records were commented,in which 168 cases were found with unreasonable application of antibacterials,including 144 cases of preventive use and 24 cases of treating use.
