摘要
目的观察益心饮改善急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后中医证候的疗效及对左心功能的影响。方法将接受PCI术治疗的60例AMI患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组给予西医常规加益心饮治疗,对照组仅给予西医常规治疗,疗程均为3个月。观察治疗前后中医证候积分、左室射血分数(LVEF)及每搏输出量(SV)等指标的变化。结果治疗后,治疗组对中医证候积分、LVEF及SV均有改善作用,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论益心饮能改善AMI患者PCI术后中医证候积分及左心室的收缩功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Yixin Decoction on TCM syndrome and left heart function in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI） after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）.Methods 60 AMI patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group with 30 cases treated conventionally after PCI operation and treatment group with 30 cases treated with Yixin Decoction plus the conventional treatment.A treatment course was 3 months.TCM syndrome scores,left ventricular reject fraction（LVEF） and stroke volume（SV）were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,LVEF and SV were all improved in treatment group than those in control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Yixin Decoction may improve the TCM syndrome scores and left heart function of the AMI patients after PCI.
