试论民办高校数学公共基础课教师专业发展

摘要 民办高校数学公共基础课教师的专业发展有着一定的特殊性,迥异于其他专业教师的专业发展。数学教师应在教学水平、科研创新和社会服务能力等方面不断提高,通过加强伙伴协作、注重项目驱动、提高专业发展的自主意识,实现教师可持续的专业发展。
