研究型大学人才培养目标体系构建方法浅析被引量：2

摘要长期以来,我国研究型大学的人才培养目标与培养过程关联度不够,使得人才培养在实践过程中易偏离培养目标。从比较国内外部分研究型大学人才培养目标入手,分析我国研究型大学现行人才培养过程中存在的问题与不足,并尝试提出了研究型大学人才培养目标体系的构建方法。
