农耕文化视野下的云南高原特色农业发展

Developent of Plateau Featured Agriculture in Yunnan Province Under the Vision of Farming Culture

农耕文化是农业生产实践中智慧的结晶,是形成农业生产方式、生活方式的重要动因。本文在明确传统农耕文化与农业现代化之间关联性和适应性的基础上,结合云南实际,探讨了云南高原特色农业发展的对策:借鉴传统农耕文化的"三才理论",探索高原特色农业路径;发挥高原农业的特色,推动发展方式多样性;打造立体农业,突破土地制约瓶颈;根据"地宜"原则,制定高原特色农业政策。

Farming culture is the achievement in the practice of agricultural production and also an im- portant motivation of the formation of agricultural production and lifestyles. Combining with the actual condition of Yunnan province, basing on the correlation and adaptability between the traditional farm- ing culture and the agriculture modernization, this article discusses the development countermeasures of Yunnan plateau featured agriculture： first, using the ＂three powers theory＂ of the traditional farming culture for reference to find the path to the plateau featured agriculture; second, promoting the diver- sity of the development mode based on the characteristics of farming culture in Yunnan province; third, breaking through the bottlenecks of land constraints to create three-dimensional agriculture form; and at last, formulating the policy of plateau featured agriculture in accordance with the principle of the land suitability.
