云南高原特色农业发展的两种路向及其融汇

Two Ways and Their Combination to Develop Characteristic Plateau Agriculture in Yunnan Province

高原特色农业已成为云南农业未来发展的方向。发展高原特色农业无法回避全球化浪潮挑起的效率之争,也无法回避历史与未来环境恶化的危机。对传统发展观的反思,激起人们从技术与文化两个层面寻求应对挑战与危机的出路。云南面临追赶经济效率和生态效率的双重任务。本文基于生态优势和农耕文化基础,提出从由技术而文化,由文化而技术的两种发展路向及其融汇入手,探讨开辟高原特色农业发展的通途。

Characteristic plateau agriculture has become a development direction of agriculture in Yun- nan province, but the one is confronted with the challenges from efficiency competition in the tide of globalization and the past and future crises of environmental deterioration. Reflection on traditional de- velopment mode leads to exploration of countermeasures for the above challenges from two aspects of technology and culture. Development of characteristic plateau agriculture in Yunnan province has to undertake double missions to improve economic efficiency and ecological efficiency. This article propo- ses the two ways of technology-priority and culture-priority and their combination so as to develop char- acteristic plateau agriculture basing on the ecological advantage and the profound farming culture in Yunnan province.
