回首一汽富奥辽宁汽车弹簧有限公司（如下简称为富奥辽弹）的发展历程，可以看出该公司是在不断的调整过程中做强做大。据了解，富奥辽弹始建于1953年：1965年一汽总厂的弹簧车间扩散搬迁到辽阳与地方国营辽阳弹簧厂合并逐步发展成现有规模：1971年，富奥辽弹下放地方管理；1988年经国家批准资产划转一汽，成为一汽集团全资子公司；1998年归属新组建的富奥汽车零部件有限公司：2007年参与富奥汽车零部件股份有限公司整体改制。

The FAWER Liaoning Automotive Spring Co.,Ltd.,has been found since the year of 1953,and by approval of the state in 1988,its assets was transferred to the First Automobile Works(FAW),and has become one of sub-company in the FAW Group with full capital.In the year of 1998,it is belong to the newly organized and built FAWER Automotive Parts Co.,Ltd.Since the year of 2007,it has taken part in the system reform of the FAWER Automotive Parts Shareholding Co.,Ltd.
