摘要
针对某新型号液压动力转向器的齿条轴零件调试时,发现轴部感应淬火后,表面硬度在600HV0.1以下,比正常回火后要求的规格硬度值还低。通过调整功率、移动速度、工艺参数等,效果均不明显,最终通过更换改进冷却套,问题得以解决。
Aiming at debugging a rack axial part in a new type of hydraulic power steering, the surface hardness of shaft at 600HV0. 1 below was found after induction heating and quenching, which was lower than the normal range after tempering as required. The effect was not at all significant by adjusting the power, moving speed and technique parameters. The problem is resolved finally by" changing the input cooling jacket in the end.
