摘要
通过MOLDFOW软件对汽车保险杠导向件注射过程中的熔体流动过程进行数值模拟分析,发现模具在注塑过程中可能存在的问题,从而使设计人员调整模具结构,优化浇口位置、优化流道平衡,优化流道系统。
The melt flow process of the injection process of automobile fromper in the guide was analyzed with numerical simulation through the MOLDFOW software. The problems ,which appeared during lhe injection molding process eouhl be found. So the die structure can be adjusted by designers, and lhe position of gate, runner balance and runner system can be optimized.
