AEG-1和MMP-9在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及其临床相关性和病理特征 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究星形胶质细胞上调基因-1(AEG-1)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在上皮性卵巢组织中的表达情况、病理特征及其临床意义,为卵巢恶性肿瘤的发病原因、转移机制提供一定的理论依据。方法本研究主要通过免疫组化SP法检测病变卵巢组织,其中包括19例上皮性卵巢良性肿瘤、25例上皮性卵巢交界性肿瘤和112例上皮性卵巢恶性肿瘤中AEG-1和MMP-9的表达情况,进一步分析上皮性卵巢病变组织的相关临床和病理特征与AEG-1和MMP-9阳性表达率之间的关系。结果在卵巢癌和卵巢交界性肿瘤中AEG—1和MMP-9的阳性表达率要显著高于卵巢良性肿瘤(P〈0.01)。其中AEG—1在上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中的阳性表达率与患者的年龄和病理类型无统计学差异(P〉0.05),而与组织分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移等有统计学差异(P〈0.05),其中卵巢肿瘤组织的分化程度低、分期晚和淋巴结转移者,AEG-1和MMP-9阳性表达率高。在卵巢恶性肿瘤中,AEG-1与MMP-9阳性表达呈显著正相关。结论AEG-1和MMP-9在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展中起重要的作用,可作为判断卵巢癌恶性程度、病情进展的重要指标,联合检测用于指导临床诊断有重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of AEG - 1 and MMP - 9 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and find out their clinical significance and pathologic features, which could provide certain theoretical basis of the etiology and the way of how these tumors transfer. Methods Tile positive expressions of AEG - 1 and MMP- 9 in epithelial ovarian neoplasm were measured by immunohistochemical SP method, including 19 cases with benign tumor,25 cases with borderline tumor and 112 cases with malignant tumor. Further analysis was took on the expressions of AEG- 1 and MMP- 9 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma to find out the clinical significance and pathologic features. Results The positive expression rate was significantly higher in malignant and borderline groups than that in benign group( P 〈 0.01 ). The positive expression rate of AEG - 1 is not associated with age and pathologic types (P 〉 0.05) ,but with the clinical stage FIGO stage and metastasis (P 〈 0. 05 ). The positive expression rate of AEG - 1 is high in those low differentiation degree, advanced stage and metastasis present cases. Conclusion AEG - 1 and MMP - 9 play an extremely important role in ovarian cancer occurrence, progression and transfaction. The expressions of AEG - 1 and MMP - 9 are quite helpful and meaningful in diagnosis, clinicopathologic grading and prognostic judgment of epithelial ovarian neoplasm.
