用EPDM双峰聚合物加工EPDM海绵胶料的进展

摘要 三元乙丙橡胶因其优异的耐候性和耐热性而成为汽车风雨密封条的主要备选聚合物。汽车密封系统结构复杂,特别是门用密封件是密封系统最复杂的部件之一,通常由低密度海绵共挤到密实金属架上制成,作为车身的连接件。门(或风雨)密封条可隔绝水、振动和气动噪音,因而使车厢具有舒适的环境。近年来,为改善总体密封性能,海绵的结构变得日益复杂。它控制了关门力(有负荷变形测试评定)和长期密封性能(经过1 000h压缩永久变形试验评定)。近十年来,使用了双峰EPDM品级生产海绵已明显增多,这有助于提高门密封系统的生产率。综述了使用双峰EPDM聚合物进行胶料混炼和海绵挤出的最新进展。说明了这类技术在没有对基本OEM技术要求(如表面形态、力学性能、压缩负荷变形和永久变形)产生不利影响的条件下可以降低总成本,提高生产效率。
