摘要
目的提取纯化蛹虫草废弃培养基中的虫草素.方法利用正交实验优化热水浸提条件,即浸提温度70℃,浸提时间8 h,料液比1 g∶20 mL,对虫草素进行粗提;用优化的大孔树脂层析法,即XAD16树脂,在pH9.0的条件下,以体积分数为50%的乙醇作为洗脱剂,对其进行分离,利用聚酰胺树脂精制虫草素.结论提取的虫草素纯度达到了98%以上.
Objective To extract and purify Cordycepin from waste medium of Cordyceps militaris.Methods The optimal conditions of hot water leaching were as follows: 70 ℃,8 h,dried feed∶ water is 1 g∶ 20 mL.And cordycepin were separated with an optimal macroporous resin column choromatography system,i.e.,macroporous resin XAD16,at pH of 9.0,and 50% of ethanol as an eluant.At last cordycepin was purified with polyamide column chromatography.Result Cordycepin was prepared with a purity greater than 98%.
