摘要
在浸渍电机绕组烘焙过程中采用光敏剂安息香二甲醚作固化剂,辅助紫外线照射,测试并对比分析其绝缘漆厚层干燥、吸收性、电气强度、挂漆量的变化情况。结果表明:采用光敏固化剂、紫外线辅助照射可提高绕组绝缘漆的挂漆率。
In the baking process of winding, photosensitizer benzoin dimethyl ether was used as curing agent and ultraviolet rays(UV) irradiation as assistance. Then the changes of thick-layer drying, absorptivi- ty, electric strength and adhered varnish amount of the insulating varnish were tested and comparatively analyzed. The results show that the application of photosensitive curing agent and assistance of UV irradi- ation can increase the adhered varnish amount of windine.
