信息化和自动化在成品油库监控系统中的应用

Applications of Information and Automation Technology in the Oil Depot Monitoring System

随着油库信息化、自动化水平的不断提高,油库的ERP信息化管理、一卡通自动装车控制都有长足进步。但信息化系统与生产作业过程的紧密对接,油库综合管理和自动化水平等方面,仍然不能满足生产需求。该文针对油库现状,对油库的信息化和自动化系统进行更深入研究,提出具体解决方案。并通过在油库的实际运行,提高了系统的可靠性和油库的自动化水平,降低了劳动强度。

With the oil depot develoment and the continuous improvement of the level of automation,the depot ERP information management,card automatically loading control have made great progress. However,the closely docking be- tween the information systems and production operations process of the oil depot ,integrated management and automa- tion level of the oil depot ,still can not meet the production requirements. For the current situation of the oil depot, we conduct a more in-depth study,propose specific solutions. In the actual running of the depot,it improves labor efficiency and reliability of the system,and raises the level of automation of the oil depot,reduces the labor intensity.
