摘要
我国房地产业发展对改善居民居住条件发挥了积极作用,但房价过快上涨也带来了一系列的矛盾和问题。为此,我国政府对房地产价格进行了较长时期的调控。由于影响房地产价格的因素众多,政府调控经常出现"事与愿违"的状况,需要深入研究分析影响房地产价格上涨的深层次原因,为政府决策提供有价值的建议。
China's real estate development plays a positive role in improving residents’ living conditions,however,the precipitous rise of housing prices has aroused widespread concern of government,society and consumers.To this end,the Chinese government does a longer period of regulation on real estate prices.But due to the many factors affecting the real estate prices,government regulation often sees "backfired" situation,which requires in-depth study to analyze the impact of the deep-seated causes of rising real estate prices,and to provide valuable recommendations for government decision-making.
