摘要
采用差示扫描量热法对聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)/甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-GMA)/环氧树脂(Epoxy resin,EP)共混物的非等温结晶动力学行为进行了研究,并采用Jeziorny法和莫志深法分析了结晶动力学参数.结果表明,EP起到异相成核的作用,使PP的结晶峰温升高,加入固化剂和反应性增容剂PP-g-GMA则有利于PP结晶,但并没改变PP的结晶机理.PP-g-GMA增强了EP的成核活性.
Non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of polypropylene (PP) /pp-g-GMA/epoxy resin (EP) blends were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The kinetics parameters of non-iso- thermal crystallization were determined by Jeziorny method and Mo's treatment. The results showed that EP served as a nucleating agent, raised the PP composite's peak crystallization temperature. The addition of curing agent and compatibilizer further increased the rate of crystallization of PP, but not changed the crystallization mechanism of PP. PP-g-GMA enhanced the nucleation activity of the EP in the PP matrix.
