多线切割机中的工控机作为Profibus主站,把多个伺服驱动器、变频器、质量流量计通过一根通讯总线电缆连接起来,工控机向各个从站传递命令和给定值,同时接收各从站的实际值和状态。从而实现多线切割可靠、稳定运行。2012.11.
Industrial control computer is the master station of Profibus in muti-wire cutter. Servo drivers, frequency converters and mass flowmeters are linked by a cable. Industrial control computer transmits commands and desired values to substations while receiving actual values and states from substations. This method ensures the reliability and stability for mutiwire cutter.
