钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米氧化锌表面改性研究 被引量:5

摘要 以钛酸酯偶联剂作为改性剂,采用机械搅拌分散的方法对纳米氧化锌(ZnO)进行表面改性。研究了偶联剂用量、反应时间、反应温度和pH值对纳米ZnO改性的影响。通过活化指数实验、傅里叶红外分光光度法(FT-IR)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)等表征方法对纳米ZnO的改性效果进行了表征。实验结果表明,通过钛酸酯偶联剂对纳米ZnO的改性,其分散性得到了有效的提高。最佳工艺条件为:钛酸酯偶联剂用量为3%、反应时间为2h、反应温度为45℃、pH为6。 Surface modification of nano-ZnO was conducted with mechanical agitation method through adopting titanate coupling agent as the modifier. The influences of coupling reagent dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature and pH value were studied. The modification effect for nano-ZnO was characterized by activation index test, FT-IR and FE-SEM. The results testified that the dispersibility of nano-ZnO improved effectively after the modification by titanate coupling agent; the optimal technological conditions were as follows: coupling reagent dosage 30//00; reaction time 2 h, reaction temperature 45 ~C and pH value 6.
