摘要
以聚丙烯针刺毡为基布,采用一定的工艺参数进行熔喷,从而得到熔喷/针刺复层型非织造布。分别采用正交试验及单因素试验进行热压得到相应的透水模板布,并对其透排水性能及相关性能进行测试与比较。极差分析及单因素分析的结果显示:当热压温度168℃,时间2s,压强1.5Mpa时,模板布的透排水性能达到最优。在此基础上,进行单因素试验得出透气率、孔径及透水率随着温度的升高而呈现逐渐下降的趋势。因此,在保证熔喷层与针刺毡较好复合的前提下,应当采用相对较低的温度、时间和压强。
Melt-blown/needle-punched multilayer type of non-woven fabric was gained through taking polypropylene needled felt as the base cloth and adopting certain technological parameters for melt-blowing. Corresponding permeable {ormwork liner was obtained by heat pressing with the orthogonal test and single factor experiment. The permeability and drainage performances were tested and compared. The results of range analysis and single factor analysis showed, permeability and drainage performances of {ormwork liner reached the optimum under such conditions as hot pressing temperature 168 ~C, time 2 s and pressure 1.5 Mpa. On this basis, according to the single factor experiment, air permeability, aperture and permeable rate showed gradual decline trend with the increase in the temperature. There{ore, relatively low temperature, time and pressure should be adopted under the precondition of ~:uaranteein~: good composition of melt-blown layer and needled felt.
