摘要
通过单因素试验优化了复合酶配方,研究了复合酶在除氧抛光染色一浴工艺中的应用效果。研究结果表明,复合酶较优配方为:除氧酶15%、中性纤维素酶40%、酶活促进剂15%、保护剂15%;复合酶除氧抛光染色一浴工艺不影响织物色光,强力损失小于常规工艺,除氧、抛光效果和色牢度均达到了常规工艺程度;复合酶除氧抛光染色一浴工艺缩短了工艺流程,耗时、耗水、耗电大幅度降低,节水节能减排效果显著。
The compound enzyme formula was optimized through single factor experiment the application effect of compound enzyme in one-bath process of deoxygenization, polishing and dyeing was studied. The results showed that the better formula of compound enzyme was. deoxygenization enzyme 15%, neutral cellulase 40% , enzyme activity promoter 15%, protection agent 15%; one-bath process of deoxygenization, polishing and dyeing of the compound enzyme did not influence the color and light of the fabric strength loss was lower than that of conventional process~ deoxygenization and polishing effects as well as the color fastness reached conventional process requirement; one-bath process of deoxygenization, polishing and dyeing of the compound enzyme shortened technological process time consumption, water consumption and power consumption reduced greatly the effects of water conservation, energy conservation and emission reduction were significant.
