摘要
钢筋混凝土结构的地面煤仓由于其上部结构自重大,在选择爆破缺口时,在充分考虑缺口形状的前提下,既要保证结构的整体达到失稳,又要避免煤仓整体下座而产生的后座或倒塌不充分;还需重点考虑大自重结构体塌落触地冲击引起的振动。通过对大自重结构的地面煤仓控制爆破方案和参数的优化设计,设置条形和平面缓冲土堆控制塌落触地振动、覆盖防护控制爆破个别飞散物、利用降尘设施与洒水车结合的方式控制爆破粉尘等有效措施控制爆破有害效应,使爆破拆除达到了预期效果。
The upper structure of concrete coal bin was heavy,therefore,except considering the shape of blast cut and structure instability in blast cut design,the coal bin entire down and backward or partly collapsed cases should be also avoided.In addition,the touchdown vibration caused by the heavy structure was also considered.Through optimal design of blast parameters and blast scheme of coal bin with heavy structure,some measures such as setting bar-type and plane mound to control touchdown vibration,covering safeguard to control the flyrock,applying dust facilities of the work sites and tank car to control the dust,improved the blast effect.
