摘要 飞片式无起爆药雷管作为一种新型起爆器材,安全性能好,环境污染小。对其原理、结构和组成作了全面的介绍。对不同的点火装置、激发装置、延期技术及爆炸能力检测方法的优缺点进行了比较和总结。点火装置分电引火头起爆、导爆管起爆和激光起爆;激发装置的内帽分为单级等截面、单级变截面及二级变截面;延期技术包括传统的延期体以及新型线延期技术;爆炸能力检测方法分铅板穿孔实验及铁板穿孔实验。通过以上不同方面的改进及完善,飞片式无起爆药雷管技术已趋成熟,并具有推广意义。 As a new kind of initiating equipment,the flying plate detonator has advantages of high safety and low pollution.The structure and working principle of flying plate detonator was introduced in detail.The merits and demerits were discussed such as different ignition methods,excitation settings,delay technologies and ways of detecting explosion ability.The ignition can be performed by electric,Nonel and laser.The inner cap of excitation setting can be divided into several classes such as single stage uniform section,single variable cross-section or two variable cross-sections.The delay technologies included traditional delay element and newly invented linear delay element.The ways of detecting explosion ability can be divided as lead board perforation experiment and iron board perforation experiment.Improvements on the flying plate detonator technology made it feasible and popular.
