摘要
多数电厂冷却塔控制爆破拆除工作是在正常生产运行的情况下进行的,因此,如何确保冷却塔按设计方向准确倒塌并保证周围建筑和设备的正常运行是爆破成功关键。结合伊川电厂2座90m冷却塔的周围环境和结构特点,分析了冷却塔类建筑控制爆破的难点,设计采用了"预开窗槽,保留塔柱"的爆破技术方案,并针对性的提出了控制爆破飞石、减小触地震动和消弱倒塌空气冲击波等安全措施。爆破取得了圆满成功,周围建筑设备未受任何影响。
The explosive demolition of most cooling tower of power plants was in the normal production and operation condition,therefore,a successful blasting scheme was to ensure the cooling tower collapsed accurately in designed direction and make no influence on the surrounding buildings and the equipment.Combined with the blasting condition of two 90 m high cooling towers in Yichuan plant,the difficulties in the cooling tower buildings demolition were analyzed and the blasting technology scheme with preliminary window and retain pillar was applied.Some protecting measures were put forward to control the blast fly-rock and to reduce touchdown vibration and shock wave.Result shows the blasting effect was excellent and made no damage to the surroundings.
