摘要 对引种的苏玛栎进行扦插与嫁接繁殖试验。结果表明,1~3年生实生母树上的穗条,具有一定的扦插繁殖潜力,以0.5mg/L IBA处理苏玛栎插穗效果最佳,生根率达到24.2%。从4~13年生苏玛栎母树上采穗扦插,并进行相同处理后则不能生根,基部腐烂无愈伤产生。采用麻栎做砧木或者自贴嫁接方式,春季枝接或者秋季芽接,1~3年生实生母树上的穗条嫁接成活率最高为32.2%,春季枝接效果略优于秋季芽接;4~13年生苏玛栎母树上采穗嫁接抽芽后,又逐渐萎缩,无成活。酚类物质、丹宁含量高及独特的组织结构是其繁育困难的主要因素。 The cutting and grafting propagation test of Quercus shwnardii showed that the cut rooting rate from Quercus shwnardii branch tips of 1-3-year-old sapling were 24. 2% with 0. 5 mg/L IBA treatment, but no rooting from Q. shurnardii branch of 4-13-year-old sapling. The maximum grafting survival of Q shwnardii was 32. 2% with the rootstock of Q. hance or Q. shwnardii when the branch tips from 1-3-year-old sapling, and the survival d Q shwnardii was zero when the branch tips from 4-13-year-old sapling. The bench grafting in spring was better than budding grafting in autumn. Too high phenolic compounds and tannins and the special tissue structure were the main factors causing difficult reproduction of Quercus shurnardii.
