摘要
针对杏山铁矿的生产规模及矿、岩的破碎提升方案,探讨了井下粗破系统山特维克CJ815型颚式破碎机的工作原理和电控系统,给出了破碎系统的实时监测界面并进行分析。结果证明,CJ815型颚式破碎机技术水平先进,性能可靠,自动化水平高。
This paper,according to the production capability and improvement scheme of crushing rocks of Xingshan Iron Mine,discusses the operating principles and electronic control system of Sandvik CJ815 jaw crusher used in primary crushing system in downhole.It also provides and analyzes the real-time monitoring interface of the crushing system.The results show that the CJ815 jaw crusher displays advanced technical level,reliable performance and high automation level.
