摘要
人才培养方案是高职院校专业建设的核心内容。笔者从培养目标、人才培养方案设计及课程的构建三个方面分析高职院校专业人才培养方案制定中存在的问题和不足,并提出了解决问题的建议。
Professional talent cultivation project is the key content of the professional construction in higher vocational colleges.The paper discussed problems and deficiencies from the aspects of cultivation content,project formulation and curricular construction,and gave some suggestions.
