摘要
在从教学型向教学科研型大学转变的过程中,建立公平完善的绩效考核评价体系,实施绩效工资改革,对进一步调动高校老师的积极性和创造性,提升办学水平,实现创新发展具有重要意义。针对转型高校的特点对其绩效工资改革进行了探讨,合并了目的性、导向性、简洁和动态相结合的基本原则。同时对如何实行绩效工资提出了一系列设想,并进行了分析与论证。
Transformation and upgrading has become a universal strategy of Chinese colleges and universities.During the course of conversion,in order to mobilize teachers' enthusiasm and creativity,improve the level of university and realize the innovation development,it is important to establish a fair and perfect performance evaluation system and to implement the performance salary reform.Based on the characteristics of those colleges and universities during transformation,the performance salary reform is discussed in the paper,and the basic principle is also proposed,i.e.,to combine the objective,guiding,concise and dynamic together.Then a series of ideas about how to implement performance pay are put forward,and these ideas are analyzed and demonstrated as well.
