情绪智力、成就动机与高中生考试焦虑关系的研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用情绪智力量表、成就动机量表、考试焦虑量表对350名高中生进行抽样测试研究,探析情绪智力、成就动机与高中生考试焦虑之间的关系,结果表明:①男、女生在情绪感知、他人情绪管理维度上均有显著差异,男、女生在追求成功维度上也有显著差异,男生追求成功的得分显著高于女生;②情绪感知与自我情绪管理、避免失败有极显著的正相关,他人情绪管理和自我情绪管理与情绪智力总分呈显著的正相关;③情绪智力、追求成功对高中生考试焦虑有显著的联合预测作用,其中情绪智力对高中生压力状况有极显著的预测效应. Emotional intelligence scale, achievement motivation scale and anxiety scale were used to test the 350 high school students to explore the relationship of emotional intelligence, achievement motivation and high school students' test anxiety. The results showed that: (1)There are significant differences among different sex individuals in emotion perception, emotion management dimensions and the pursuit of success dimensions. The boys have high- er scores than girls in the pursuit of higher success. (2)Both emotional perception and emotional management have significant positive correlation with control ability, while both the emotional intelligence and the pursuit of higher success also have significant positive correlation with independent stress. (3)The emotion perception and the pursuit of success have significant joint prediction effect to high school students' test anxiety, and especially the pursuit of success has larger significant prediction effect.
