“综合与实践”教学活动中教师角色定位的思考

摘要 "综合与实践"教学活动是以培养学生应用数学知识解决实际问题能力和创新能力为目的的教学活动,它不同于以知识传授为重点的课堂教学.根据教师在"综合与实践"教学活动中的作用,从三个方面论述了教师在这个教学活动中的角色定位:①教师是课题的选定者;②教师是活动的组织者和参与者;③教师是其自身专业化能力提高的受益者. In the course of mathemetics teaching, integration and practice are quite different from the tradional class activities. The former aims at cultivating students applied mathemetics ability to solve the practical problems and developing their creative competence as well; the latter usually lay focus on pure transmission of knowledge in class. Based on the roles the teachers play, the author attempts to make clear how the teachers work from three aspects in class : (1)as selectors of relevant topics ; (2)as organizers and participants of activities ; (3)as benefits of self- professional training.
