摘要
关键事件在个体人生发展过程中起着非常重要的作用,社区教育作为一种新型生活领域,或者说是一种小型社会形态;教师作为一种特殊的教育群体,其教学过程中的关键事件对于其成长同样会具有不可代替的价值与意义。本论文主要基于访谈文本,立足社区教育教师教学过程中的关键事件,探求其价值,触发其效绩,盼望社区教育教师自身丰富的关键教学事件经历可以帮助其促进自我实现,也期望对于关键事件理论产生新启迪,打开新思路,开拓新视野!
Critical incidents play a very important role in the individual life development.Community education is a kind of new life field or a small-scale society form,the critical incidents in the teaching process have the same value and significance as teachers.This paper explores the value and performance based on interview texts and the critical teaching incidents about the community education teachers,and hopes to help the self-realization of community education teachers,and to generate new theory enlightenment,open a new way of thinking and expel new horizons!
