摘要
"教师是人类灵魂的工程师"是一个被广泛使用的隐喻性陈述,其合理性在于,它提出了教学与教化之间的关系问题,表达了进行教育设计的必要性,凸显了教育在人的发展中的教化作用。同时,这一命题也可能带来一些认识上的误区,如割裂教学与教化之间的关系,夸大教育设计的作用,把教育概念局限于学校教育等。
"Teacher is the engineer of human soul"is a metaphorical statement which has been widely spread in China.The rationality of this statement is that it presents the relationship between teaching and moralization,conveys the necessity of educational design and highlights the moral roles of education in human development.Nevertheless,the proposition should be considered in a comprehensive perspective,otherwise it may lead to some misconception such as separating the relationship between teaching and moralization,exaggerating the roles of educational design,confining education to school education and so forth.
