The Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of the Party Construction of "TWO NEW" Orgnization Work

"两新"组织的党建工作必须以创新的理念寻求探索与"两新"组织特点相适应的理论体系和实际操作方法。结合实际工作中遇到的问题,如党组织与"两新"组织的关系;传统的党建工作理念受到了挑战;流动党员管理难;"两新"组织情况复杂多样,活动组织难等,进行思考探索,提高认识,增强信心,并提出"两新"组织党建工作的新思路、新方法及需要注意的问题。

The party construction of ＂TWO NEW＂ organization work must follow innovation ideas to seek and search the theoretical system and the actual method of operation which adapt to the feature of “TWO NEW” organization. Regarding problems which occur in actual work, such as the relationship between party organiza- tion and “TWO NEW” organization; traditional idea nizing floating party member; complex situation in of party construction meeting challenge; difficulty inorga-“TWO NEW” organization, difficulty in organizing activity. These four aspects are thought of and explored. Understanding is improved. Confidence is enhanced. New ideas, new methods, problems that need attention of party construction of “TWO NEW”organization are pro- posed.
