Discussion on the Effects of Diamond Bit Quality for Drilling Cost

通过建立钻探成本数学模型,结合钻探现场实际情况,文中将金刚石钻头的机械钻速、使用寿命作为评价指标,对比分析深部绳索取心钻进中金刚石钻头质量在不同孔深、不同立根长度情况下对钻探成本的影响.所得结论对钻探生产实际中选用合理的金刚石钻头机械钻速和使用寿命,从而降低钻探成本具有重要的指导意义.

By establishing the mathematical model of drilling cost combined with the practical situation in drilling site, the paper will use mechanical drilling rate, service life of diamond bit as evaluation index. Moreover, deep comparison and analysis of diamond bit drilling quality at different depths are discussed in this paper, as well as different pipe length＇s influence on the drilling cost. The conclusions which this paper has submitted are significantly guiding the methods to choose reasonable in practical production of diamond bit drilling penetration rate and service life, and reducing drilling cost.
