自制中药口炎清缓释贴膜治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡58例临床观察

Efficacy of Self-made Sustained Release Film of Kouyanqing on Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer: A Clinical Observation of 58 Cases

目的:观察自制中药口炎清缓释贴膜治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的本病患者116例随机分为治疗组和对照组各58例,两组均予复合维生素B、维生素C、葡萄糖酸锌片、口炎清颗粒等基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗的同时予自制中药口炎清缓释贴膜治疗,对照组在基础治疗的同时予华素片治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为87.9%,对照组为81.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制中药口炎清缓释贴膜治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡有较好临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made sustained release film of kouyanqing on recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods： 116 patients meeting inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 58 cases in each group. Patients in both two group were treated with bacsic therapy, including compound vitamin B, vitamin C, Zinc gluconate tablet and kouyanqing granule. And patients were given self-made sustained release film in treatment group, Cydiodine in control group. Results： The total effective rate were $7.9% and 81.0% respectively in treatment and control groups, and the efficacy in treatment group was better than that in control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Self-made sustained release film of kouyanqing can provide well curative effect on recurrent aphthous ulcer.
