摘要 目的:不同产地北柴胡中柴胡皂苷a、c、d的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,LUNA C1(82)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-水为流动相;检测波长为210 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:柴胡皂苷a线性回归方程Y=2.0266×105+1.1444×106X,r=0.9997,柴胡皂苷a含量在1.01-21.5μg之间为良好线性关系。柴胡皂苷c线性回归方程Y=2.0266×105+1.1444×106X,r=0.9994,柴胡皂苷c含量在1.04-21.7μg之间为良好线性关系。柴胡皂苷d线性回归方程Y=3.2025×105+1.2414×106X,r=0.9994,柴胡皂苷d含量在1.03-21.3μg之间为良好线性关系。结论:该法可以用于柴胡中柴胡皂苷a、c、d含量测定,可以为柴胡的质量控制提供参考。 Objective: To investigate the method to determine the content of Saikosaponin a, c and d in Bupleurum Chinense DC from areas. Methods: The HPLC method was used to determine the content of Saikosaponin a, c and d in Bupleurum Chinense DC, LUNA Cls (2)(250 mmx4.6 mm, 5 um)was used; the ACN-H20 was used as mobile phase, and detective wave was 210 nm. Results: The regression equations of Saikosaponin a was Y=2.0266×10S+l.1444×l06X, r=0.9997,and the linear range of Gastrodin was 1.01-21.5ug; the regression equations of Saikosaponin c was Y=2.0266×105+l.1444×l06X, r=0.9994, and the linear range of Gastrodin wasl.04-21.7ug; the regression equations of Saikosaponin d was Y=3.2025×l0S+ 1.2414×I06X, r=0.9994, and the linear range of Gastrodin wasl.03-21.3 ug. Conclusion: The HPLC is promise method to determine the content of Saikosaponin a, c and d,which is benefit to control the quality of Bupleurum Chinense DC.
