阿司匹林辅助脑心通治疗腔隙脑梗死110例疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of Aspirin combined with Naoxintong for 110 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction patients

目的分析阿司匹林辅助脑心通治疗腔隙脑梗死的临床疗效,为临床合理用药提供指导。方法回顾性分析我院门诊采用阿司匹林辅助脑心通治疗110例腔隙性脑梗死患者的临床资料,统计分析2组总有效率、血栓素、血胆固醇、甘油三酯、血小板聚集指数、全血黏度、红细胞比积、血浆比黏度。结果治疗组血栓素、血胆固醇、血甘油三酯、血小板聚集指数、全血黏度、红细胞比积、血浆比黏度恢复情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林和脑心通联用具有扩血管、防止脑部血栓形成、改善脑部微循环等作用,治疗腔隙性脑梗死的效果明显优于单用阿司匹林。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Aspirin combined with Naoxintong in lacunar cerebral infarction therapy,and to provide appropriate direction for clinical application.Methods The clinical data of 110 cases of lacunar cerebral infarction patients admittted into our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Total curative effect,thromboxane,TC,TG,PAG,whole blood viscosity,HCT,plasma viscosity were observed and statistically analyzed to evaluate the effect.Results The recovery of thromboxane,TC,TG,PAG,whole blood viscosity,HCT,plasma viscosity of treating group were superior to those in control group,there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Aspirin combined with Naoxintong for lacunar cerebral infarction could expand blood vessels,prevent brain thrombosis,and improve brain microcirculation;meanwhile,the clinical effect was superior to aspirin alone.
