公民教育视域下的医学生医德培养

Cultivation of Medical Ethics for Medical Students from View of Civic Education

医德教育是医学教育的基本内涵,在我国当前复杂的医疗环境下其作用更加凸显。但传统的医德教育目标理想化、内容教条化、方法说教化,导致与现代社会的公民精神、医学模式的转变,以及社会转型的要求不能适应。从公民教育视角探讨医学生医德培养,是医德教育走向现实化的必然选择。要从树立理念、健全课程体系和改革教学内容、营造公民文化氛围等方面着手,探讨公民教育视域下医德培养的实施路径。

Cultivation of medical ethics is the basic content of medical education. But the traditional model of cultivation of medical ethics has some disadvantages, such as too ideal target, and too dogmatic content. Those lead to some adverse effects. Exploring the ultivation of medical ethics from the view of cicil education is an inevitable choice to make the medical ethics realistic. It is necessary to discuss the path of implementation from setting up the idea, perfecting course system, reforming course content and building cultural atmosphere.
