摘要 目的掌握宜昌市卫生人力资源的总体特征及发展动态,为政府部门制定卫生人力规划提供参考依据。方法对2006~2010年卫生人力资源的数量、构成和分布的动态变化进行描述性分析。结果 2010年宜昌市各类卫生技术人员总数达到21 861人,年均增长6.35%。2006~2010年,宜昌市城区医院执业(助理)医师和注册护士年均增长率分别为8.13%和18.99%;宜昌市乡镇卫生院执业(助理)医师和注册护士年均增长率分别为-3.96%和4.34%。结论 2006~2010年,宜昌市卫生人力资源的增长速率和年均增长率低于同期全国平均水平,乡镇卫生院执业医师流失较严重。 Objectives To grasp the overall characteristics and development of health human resources in Yichang city, and to provide a reference for government departments to develop health workforce planning. Methods De scriptive analysis method was used to analyze the dynamic changes of the composition, the distribution and the num ber of health human resource in 2006 - 2010. Results In 2010, Health there were 21 861 technical stafves in Yichang City, with an average annual increase rate of 6.35%. From 2006 to 2010, the average annual growth rates of physicians (assistant) and registered nurse of Yichang city hospitals were 8.13% and 18.99% respectively, and those were - 3.96% and 4.34% respectively for Yichang township health center. Conclusions In 2006-2010, the growth rate and average annual growth rate of health human resources in Yichang City were lower than the national level, and the loss of practitioners of township hospitals was serious.
