屯堡乡村旅游开发模式的隐患探析——以贵州省平坝县“天龙模式”为例

On the Hidden Institutional Troubles of the Development Mode of Tunpu RuralTourism from a Sociological Perspective——An Example by "Tianlong Mode" in Pingba in Guizhou

在天龙村乡村旅游的整个开发过程中,作为货币资本持有者的公司始终占据主导地位,形成公司主导型的产权制度和利益分配机制。为此,作者有针对性地提出淡化组织资源的主导地位、弱化货币资本的社会能量、强化文化资本的结构地位等改进建议,以保证"天龙模式"中各利益主体获得最大的效益,从而促进天龙乡村旅游的可持续发展。

By analyzing the forming process of property relations in ＂Tianlong Mode＂ and concentrating on the relations between three interest subjects, this paper finds that during the development of rural tourism in Tianlong village, companies, as the monetary capital holders, play the leading role; creating a company--dominating property rights system and interest distribution mechanism. Therefore, this paper suggests lessening the role of organizational resources and the social energy of monetary capital while strengthening the structural status of cultural capital in a bid to maximize the benefits of all the interest subjects and promote a sustainable development of rural tourism in Tianlong village.
