摘要
我国高校内部教育分流的结构问题主要表现在两个方面,就纵向分流结构而言表现为:比例失调,影响人才结构和人才质量;就横向分流结构而言表现为:设置不当,影响因材施教和主体利益。解决问题的关键是调整比例与设置。
The problem of the China＇s internal higher education diffluence structure is mainly manifested in two aspects. As for the longitudinal diffluence structure ：there is the problem of imbalance and then have a bad effect in talent structure and talent quality. The horizontal diffluence structures are： it＇s setting is unreasonable and it affects teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and the main benefit. The key to solve the problem is to adjust the proportion and settings.
