The ＂Five--in--One＂ overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics results from the Party＇s deepening understanding of it. From ＂two civilizations＂, to ＂three in one＂, to ＂four in one＂, and then to ＂five in one＂, the Party has experienced a gradually deepening process of understanding the overall layout of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which depends basically upon the developing practice of it, showing the Party＇s excellent qualities in keeping up with the times and being creative.
