Sketch on the Development of the System of Prefectures and Counties during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period

春秋战国时期是我国历史发展中的重要变革期,以地缘关系作为纽带的郡县制,为推动封建制的产生与发展做出巨大贡献。秦国虽然存在时间较短,但其开创的郡县制却对后世产生深远影响。

One of the most important innovation periods was the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Peri- od. The system of its prefecture and county was based on Geo - relation, which contributed a lot to the the emergence and development of feudal system. The existence of Qin is quite short, however, its system of prefectures and counties did have strong influence on all posterity.
