旅游特色街区业态比较研究——以张家界溪布街和桂林阳朔西街为例

A Comparative Study of Industrial Form of Blocks with Tourist Characteristics

旅游特色街区是指以城镇景观、历史、文化等特色为吸引物,具有住宿、餐饮、购物、娱乐、文化休闲等多方面功能设施的商业街区。通过对旅游特色街区、业态等概念的文献研究,结合张家界溪布街和桂林阳朔西街的业态实地调研,对两地的业态进行了比较,内容包括业态构成、布局、管理等,并试图为张家界溪布街向成功案例阳朔西街学习并借鉴业态经验提供了建议。

Tourism neighborhood characteristics refers to the commercial block that use urban landscape, history, culture and other features to attract tourists, and it also has accommodation, catering, shopping, entertainment, culture, leisure and other aspects of functional facilities. Through the literature research on tourism neighborhood characteristics, combined with investigation into Xibu Street in Zhangjiajie and West Street in Yangshuo, Guilin, the author compared the industrial form of two streets, the items include formats form, and business management, and tried to provide suggestions for Zhangjiajie Xibujie street to learn from Yangshuo West street which has beneficial experience for reference.
