当前的社会环境下,循环经济是提倡能源或生产资料的减量化、再利用、再资源化的一种新型经济形式,全面优越于传统经济,现今已成为未来经济形式的领跑者。因此,为了促进循环经济网形成及演化机制的研究,在循环经济内涵的基础上,分析了循环经济的特征和实现循环经济的原则,对这方面的研究有一定的指导意义。

In the current social environment, circular economy is the reduction, energy or production data reuse, recycling of a new economic form, which is comprehensively superior to the traditional economy. It has become the leader of the future economic situation. Therefore, in order to study the promotion of circular economy network formation and evolution mechanism, based on the connotation of circular economy, the paper analyzes the characteristics of circular economy and the implementation of the principle of circular economy, which has certain directive significance to the research in this area.
