蓖齿数控加工工艺研究

摘要 篦齿加工采用传统的普通加工方法,质量难以保证,加工中容易因为小小的失误而引起报废。而采用数控加工,能明显地提高篦齿加工的合格率,减少工作强度,解决普通设备加工时不能使用冷却液、刀具磨损快、对工人技术要求较高以及普通加工时使用成型刀具加工切削抗力大等问题。 The quality is difficult to guarantee as labyrinth processing by the traditional common method,because it is easy the small mistakes to cause scrap during the processing.Adopted numerical control machine tool,it can be improved the processing percents of pass,reduced the labor intensity of the workers.Solved to do not use coolant and tool be weared fast in common equipment,and higher technical requirements for the operater,as well as there is larger cutting resistance as processed by forming tool at the ordinary processing.
