摘要
本文分析了高速机超长深孔管冷挤压后产生密集性斜纹疵病的原因。结果表明,产生密集性斜纹的主要原因是冷挤压专用设备的主要零件制造、修理质量不符合要求。经采取综合治理措施后,产品质量大大提高,杜绝了密集性斜纹的产生。
The causes of dense twill produced on the overlong deep hole tube of super-speed machine after cold extrusion are analyzed in this paper.The result shows that the main parts of special equipment are not qualified in manufacture or repairing,so as to emerge dense twill.After adopting comprehensive governance measures,the product quality greatly increases and the dense twill is exterminated.
