传染性法氏囊病病毒对雏鸡机体氧化-抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 60只21日龄SPF混合雏鸡随机分为病毒感染组(I)和对照组(c)。I组雏鸡经眼、鼻途径感染传染性法氏囊病毒(IBDV),C组不做任何处理。两组雏鸡分别于病毒感染后的1、3、5、7、14、28d,每组随机抽取5只,心脏采血,分离血清,检测总超氧化物歧化酶(T—SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH—Px)、丙二醛(MDA)及一氧化氮(NO)含量。结果发现:21日龄sPF雏鸡感染IBDV后,其血清T—SOD和GSH—Px活性均于感染后5~7d显著或极显著低于对照雏鸡(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);而MDA和NO含量分别于感染后5~7d和5d显著或极显著升高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结果表明传染性法氏囊病病毒能够降低雏鸡血液抗氧化酶活性,促进自由基生成,从而影响雏鸡氧化一抗氧化能力。 Sixty 21-day-age SPF mixed chicks were randomly divided into infection group (I) and control group (C). I group was infected with infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) in eye and nose way, and C group didn't do any treatment. Respectively, 5 chicks which were extracted randomly from every group, then separated serum from heart and detected the contents of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD),gtutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),malonaldehyde (MDA)and NO after the two groups infected at 1,3,5,7,14,28 days. The results showed that when SPF chicks infected with IBDV ,T-SOD and GSH-Px activity in serum were all significantly or very significantly lower than the controls after infected 5 to 7 days (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 );however, MDA and NO content were respectively raised significantly or very significantly after infected 5 to 7 days and 5 days (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). The results showed that IBDV could reduce chicks' antioxidant enzyme activity and promote the formation of free radicals so as to affect the oxidation-antioxidation ability of chicks.
