中美禽类产品兽药残留限量标准对比研究

Comparative Analysis of Standards for Veterinary Drug Residue Limits in Poultry Products between China and U.S.A.

通过对我国和美国禽类产品兽药残留限量标准进行对比研究,结果表明:美国有13种兽药的限量标准严于我国标准,有11种兽药美国有限量要求,我国没有规定。根据比较结果建议对我国无规定而国外有要求的兽药提前进行评估,建立残留检测标准,对美国标准严于我国的13种兽药指标进行修订或复审。

This paper provided a comparative analysis of standards for veterinary drug residue limits in poultry products between China and the U.S.A. We found that in U.S.A. thirteen kinds of veterinary drug residues were stricter than those in China, eleven kinds of standards had established the maximum residue limits while China did not. Thus, China should accelerate the formulation of standards for veterinary drug residue limits which had not been covered yet, and for those drugs the standards were less stringent, China should reexamine and revise.
