发展肉鸭产业助推农民增收的若干思考

Considerations on developing meat duck industry for improving farmer’s income

阐述了肉鸭产业发展前景、趋势与重要意义,分析福建省肉鸭产业发展存在的问题与初步治理情况,提出构建肉鸭产业技术体系的五个关键环节,即着力优质品种选育,构建繁育体系;建设生态养殖基地,推广健康养殖;提升疫病防控技术水平,实施防治并举;强化肉鸭产品加工,促进增收致富;优化废弃物利用,实现环境友好。以此推动南方优质肉鸭产业的育、繁、推、加、销一体化建设。

This thesis discussed the development prospect, trends and significance of meat duck industry, analyzed the exist- ing problems and preliminary management condition in Fujian meat duck industry, put forward five key links to establish the duck industry technology system, i.e. breeding of high quality varieties, and setting up breeding system; constructing the ecological breeding base, popularizing healthy culture model; developing disease prevention and control technology to under- take the implementation of prevention and control; strengthening product processing of meat duck, and increase the income of the farmers; optimizing waste utilization, and achieving friend-type environment. Based on these practices, it could promote the integration construction of southern high-quality meat duck industry in breeding, multiplication, popularization, process- ing and sales.
